Beth M. Bates, DESIGNATED BROKER and OWNER, has been involved in real estate sales for the past four+ years, and has worked as a Certified Residential Appraiser for more than 18 years, establishing Lakeview Appraisals in 1991.She can boast of over 200 hours of appraisal education, expert knowledge of real estate markets, communities and properties, and has been an approved FHA HUD appraiser since December 1994.


                                                    

Tana B. McNutt, BROKER, has been licensed in real estate for 26 years, and has dabbled in the Appraisal field as well. She has, and continues to serve her hometown  of New Limerick as a Selectperson, Chairperson for Planning and Zoning, Board of Directors for Northern Katahdin Valley Waste Disposal District, Vice president Drews Lake Asociation, Board of Directors for Organization of Watershed Living, and Local Public Health Officer.


                                                   


Dale G. Lynch, ASSOCIATE BROKER, and a 4 year veteran of real estate, has just recently joined the Chickadee Staff. He and his wife Nancy have 3 grown children, and reside in Patten.

                                                         

Jeffrey W. Hamm, SALES AGENT, is a native of East Millinocket. He is a high-energy, self motivated individual, whose background combines healthcare IT management experience, with leadership, communicational, organizational, and customer service skills. With an impressive resume under his belt, he now adds the real estate substance. He is an illustrious addition to the realty's team, bringing innovative concepts with him. He and his wife Wendy reside in Sherman with their two children.

Wendy Anderson, SECRETARY, is a two year member of the Chickadee Realty team. She is the author of several children's novels, and is actively involved at Stetson Memorial United Methodist Church, in Patten, She also volunteers at the local Rest Home. She and her husband Rodney have one son, and reside in Patten.

Kimberly I. Lane, APPRAISER TRAINEE, has 13 years of real estate experience as a legal and office secretary. She is a previous business owner, and is knowledgable of local economics, communities and properties. She and her husband David reside in Sherman with their two sons.

Craig A. Hartsgrove, APPRAISER TRAINEE, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, he is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he served as a Finance Officer for 8 years, he has knowledge of, and benefits of statistical analysis, and is the current owner of Craig's Clam Shop in Patten, and Craig's Main Course in Island Falls.
